Yoga is a practice for Everybody. You don't need to be flexible, strong or super fit to practice yoga. That will come with time and regular practice! We do ask that you listen to your body and never go beyond what is comfortable for you during a class. The focus of every class is the journey not the destination!

Shoes

Please remove your shoes before coming into the studio to keep the studio clean.  As Yoga is practiced bare foot so there is no need to wear shoes. Shoe storage is provided outside of the studio doors.

We kindly ask that all mobile phones are switched to silent during practice so as not to disrupt the class.

Talk to Your Teacher

Please feel free to talk to your teacher and ask questions before, during or after practice. We provide a relaxed environment with a limited number of students to ensure you get the most from your practice.

Adjustments

Many of our teachers use touch and Hands-on adjustments to help students feel proper alignment in their bodies during practice. It's OK if you don't want to be

touched - just let the teacher know and they will understand.

Shavasana

Shavasana is a pose used at the end of practice for relaxation. Please try to stay for the entire class including the relaxation at the end. If you do not feel comfortable to do so however and wish to leave before Shavasana, please inform the teacher before the class starts and leave quietly so as not to disturb other students.

Cancellations

Most teachers hold a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend a class please notify the teacher 24 hours in advance to reschedule or receive a refund. If 24 hour notice is not provided we will not be able carry your class or payment forward for you. (please ensure this policy applies with your teacher)
